Board of Sky Industries allots 7.20 lakh convertible warrants to promoter

The Board of Sky Industries at its meeting held on 30 November 2019 has approved the allotment of 7.20 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 29.25 per warrant (including premium of Rs 19.25 per warrant) to Shailesh Shah, promoter of the company on preferential basis.
