Board of Som Distilleries & Breweries recommends dividend

Som Distilleries & Breweries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 August 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share of Rs. 10 on all the 27522400 equity shares of the Company for the year 2013-14.
