Sona Koyo Steering Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 August 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:- Resignation of Kazuhiko Ayabe from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 05 August 2016.
- Appointment of Toshiya Miki as Director of the Company with effect from 05 August 2016, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to cessation of Kazuhiko Ayabe as Director of the Company.
