Board of SPML Infra appoints director

With effect from 31 August 2015

SPML Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015 has appointed Dinesh Kumar Goyal as the Additional Director of the Company under the Category of Independent Director w.e.f. 31 August 2015.
