Board of State Bank of India extends validity period to raise equity capital upto Rs 20K cr

The Central Board of State Bank of India at its meeting held on 27 March 2020 has accorded its approval for extension of validity period for raising equity capital of upto Rs 20,000 crore from the market by way of FPO/ QIP/ preferential allotment/ rights issue / any other mode or combination of these till 31st March 2021.
