Board of Steelcast approves change in company secretary and compliance officer

At meeting held on 22 May 2017

Steelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2017 have approved the resignation of Neelam N Ahuja as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from closing hours of 31 May 2017. The board has appointed Vishal Sondagar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 01 June 2017.
