Sujana Metal Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 November 2014, has approved the following:1. Accepted the resignation of Y. S. Chowdary from the directorship of the Company.
2. Appointment of Y. Ravi Prasada Reddy, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company as per Section 204(1) of Companies Act, 2013.
