Sun & Shine Worldwide announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015 inter alia, has considered the following:- To shift registered office of the Company from B/16, Maruti Industrial Estate, Phase I, GIDC, Vatva, Ahmedabad - 382 445, Gujarat to 104, Samedh Building, Beside Associated Petrol Pump, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad - 380 006, Gujarat w.e.f. 05 February 2015.
