Interface Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To shift registered office of the Company from 614, Front Gali, Opp. Railway Station, Kalupur, Ahmedabad - 380001, Gujarat to 304, Saffron Building, Panchvati to Ambawadi Road, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad - 380006, Gujarat w.e.f. 10 February 2015.
