Board of Sundaram Finance approves change in directorate

With effect from 26 May 2014

Sundaram Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

S Mahalingam has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board with immediate effect.

Srinivas Acharya has relinquished his office as Director with effect from 31 May 2014 after serving on the Board for over a decade.

A N Raju has been appointed as Director (Operations) on the Board with effect from 01 June 2014.
