At meeting held on 30 October 2015
Sungold Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015, has considered and approved the following matters:1. Sharad Gandhi, retires from the post of Director, due to his ill health. Sharad Gandhi has served the Company for more than two decades, all the board members are thankful for his immense contribution to the Company.
2. Resignation of Harish Laddha and Anoma Contractor from the post of Director w.e.f. 30 October 2015 due to his preoccupied schedule.
