Board of Svarnim Trade Udyog approves sub-division of shares

At meeting held on 04 July 2016

Svarnim Trade Udyog announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 July 2016, following matters were approved :

1. Approved Split/ Sub-division of Equity shares of the Company of the face value on of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) to face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupees one Only) each as per section 61 of the Companies Act 2013 subject to approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot.

2. Approved Consequential capital clause of Alteration of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to give effect to sub-division of Face value of the Equity Shares of the Company.

3. Approving and finalizing the notice of postal ballot for obtaining approval of the shareholders for the above referred matters.

4. Appointed Dipti Vartak as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot.

5. Approved shifting of registered office from 3-A, Surana House, 1st Floor, Mangoe Lane, Kolkata-700001 the state of West Bengal to 12 Vinod Premji Ch Orlem Tank Road Malad West Mumbai -400064 the state of Maharashtra through Postal Ballot.
