Board of Sylph Technologies allots equity shares on conversion of warrants

Sylph Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 December 2014, has allotted 30,54,200 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each on conversion of 30,54,200 warrants.
