The Board of Talbros Engineering at its meeting held on 23 May 2022 has approved resignation of Seema Sethi (DIN: 07133329) as an Independent Woman Director. The Board also appointed Shashi Khurana (DIN: 09613592) as an Additional Director (Independent Woman Director) of the Company.
