The Board of Tanfac Industries at its meeting held on 11 March 2022 has approved the appointment of Afzal Harunbhai Malkani (DIN: 07194226) as additional director of the Company. The Board also accepted the resignation of Jayant Vasant Dhobley (DIN 02402556) as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
