At meeting held on 22 October 2021

The Board of Tata Consumer Products at its meeting held on 22 October 2021 has approved the appointment of Dr. K.P. Krishnan (DIN: 01099097) as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company. The appointment as Non-Executive, Independent Director shall be for a term of 5 (five) years effective 22 October 2021 upto 21 October 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
