Board of TCI Finance approves divestment of up to 4.75% stake in Gati

The Board of TCI Finance at its meeting held on 05 December 2019 has approved the divestment of upto 51,49,635 Equity Shares of Gati, aggregating to 4.75% held by the Company by way of sale, transfer, assignment or disposal and to execute such agreements and other documents as may be required for the purpose of or in relation to divestment.
