Board of Thomas Cook (India) gives in-principle approval for merger of SITA

At meeting held on 03 February 2016

Thomas Cook (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 February 2016, inter alia, has accorded its in-principle approval for the merger of SITA, the inbound division of Kuoni Travel (India) (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with Travel Corporation (India) (also a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) subject to regulatory approvals and compliance.
