Board of Trident approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 15 May 2021

The Board of Trident at its meeting held on 15 May 2021 has approved the change in designation of Rajiv Dewan as Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect. The Board has accepted the resignation of Pallavi Shroff as Director of the company with immediate effect. The Board also appointed Usha Sangwan as Additional Director of the company with immediate effect.
