Board of Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 01 September 2015

Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2015, inter alia, has considered the resignation of Arvind Kumar Bhangadia from the position of Managing director. However the board has accepted the resignation and requested him to continue till the appointment of new Managing director.
