At meeting held on 11 March 2019
The Board of Vaarad Ventures at its meeting held on 11 March 2019 has approved the following appointments -
1. Leena Doshi- Chairman and Managing Director of the Company
2. Tanvi Doshi- Chief Financial Officer of the Company
Both appointments will be effective from 12 March 2019.
