Through circular resolution passed on 10 October 2018
The Board of Vedanta through Resolution passed by Circulation on 10 October 2018 have considered the following:Approved the payment of Dividend on 3,010,000,000 Nos. 7.5% Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares ('RPS') of face value of Rs. 10 each (ISIN: INE205A04011) for a period from 01 April 2018 till 27 October 2018, as per their terms of issue;
2.Redemption of the aforementioned RPS due on Saturday, 27 October 2018.
The record date fixed for the purpose of redemption of RPS and payment of dividend is 22 October 2018.
