At meeting held on 21 October 2020

The Board of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients has approved the appointment of Vidhi Harsh Parekh (DIN: 07584061) as the Additional Executive Director of the Company and to designate her as the Whole-time Director of the Company for 5 (five) years, w.e.f. 01 November 2020 up to 31 October 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing General Meeting.
