Board of Vimta Labs considers expansion plans

At meeting held on 17 July 2015

Vimta Labs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 July 2015 considered expansion plans with respect to establishment of a Pan India network of branch laboratories. The sources of funding would be through internal accruals and Bank finance.
