Board of Virinchi appoints director

At meeting held on 12 November 2018

The Board of Virinchi at its meeting held on 12 November 2018 has appointed M V Srinivasa Rao as Additional Director & Executive Director of the Company. Further he is also appointed as Director in Virinchi Health Care which is 100% subsidiary of Virinchi.
