The Board of Visagar Polytex at its meeting held on 02 August 2019 has approved the following -1. Appointment of Subhankar Adhikary (DIN: 08371957) as an Additional Director of the Company to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company for the period of 5 years with immediate effect.
2. Considered and accepted the resignation tendered by Babita Nilesh Joshi from the position of Independent director of the Company.
