Board of Wipro does not recommend any final dividend

At meeting held on 15 April 2020

The Board of Wipro at its meeting held on 15 April 2020 has not recommended any final dividend. The interim dividend of Rs 1 per share declared in its meeting held on 14 January 2020 will be considered as the final dividend for FY20. Thus, the total dividend for FY20 remains Rs 1 per equity share.
