Board of York Exports approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 21 May 2015

York Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2015 accepted the resignation of Jyoti Dhawan, director of the Company and approve appointment of Ajay Puri and Veena Vahi as directors of the Company w.e.f. 21 May 2015.
