Board of Zen Technologies approves setting up subsidiary in UAE

At meeting held on 05 January 2015

Zen Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 January 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved to establish a 100% wholly owned Subsidiary of Zen Technologies in United Arab Emirates (UAE) to tap the global market for the products of the Company.
