Bodal Chemicals announced that Sener Boya Kimya Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi, a subsidiary of the company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely, Senpa Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi'.

The main purpose of this step down subsidiary is to do business in trading and exports of chemicals in Turkey and surrounding regions.
