Borax Morarji announces change in directorate

With effect from 10 August 2016

Borax Morarji announced that Bimal L. Goculdas, Managing Director of the Company has resigned on 10 August 2016. However, he will continue as Director on the Board.

Dr. U.R. Shetkar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Manager from 10 August 2016 for a period of three years subject to the approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 26 September 2016.
