BPL standalone net profit rises 38.25% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 189.50% to Rs 13.23 crore

Net profit of BPL rose 38.25% to Rs 3.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 189.50% to Rs 13.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 4.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 8.45 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 7.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 68.94% to Rs 40.36 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 23.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
