Net profit of Britannia Industries rose 2.54% to Rs 196.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 191.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 6.79% to Rs 2067.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1935.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit rose 10.53% to Rs 843.69 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 763.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 8.62% to Rs 8311.53 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 7651.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
