Cambridge Tech Enterprises director resigns

Cambridge Technology Enterprises announced that Anand Mallipudi, independent director has resigned from the board with effect from 04 February 2014 due to his prior occupation. He ceases to be a member of investor relation and shareholders' committee of the company.
