Camson Seeds announces change in directorate

With effect from 29 October 2019

Camson Seeds announced that Peter Joseph Kennedy, Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 06377043) and Geok Lan Tay, Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 07727496) has resigned from their positions w.e.f. 29 October, 2019, as they are not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company. They also ceased to be a Member of various committees of the Company.
