Capacit'e Infraprojects is coming up with an initial public offering (IPO) with total issue size aggregating up to Rs 400 crore. The price band of the IPO has been fixed at Rs 245 to Rs 250 per share. The IPO shall open on 13 September 2017 and will close on 15 September 2017.
The object of the issue is to fund working capital requirements and purchase capital assets.
Capacit'e Infraprojects (CIL) undertakes construction of residential, commercial and institutional buildings in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, National Capital Region, Bengaluru and other major cities spread across India.
