With effect from 13 February 2015
Caplin Point Laboratories announced that S. Mohan Raj, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, due to personal reasons has resigned and has been relieved from the services of the Company as at the close of 13 February 2015.The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable person with the required qualification and experience. Meanwhile, the Board has requested M. Jayapal, Managing Director, to function as Compliance Officer of the Company.
