Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals receives NCLT approval for dissolution of subsidiary

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals announced that National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench vide its Order dated 09 February 2021 ("NCL T Order") has approved dissolution of India Steamship (wholly owned subsidiary of the company) through voluntary liquidation. As per NCLT Order, India Steamship stands dissolved from 09 February 2021.
