The Board of CHD Developers on 25th January 2018 considered and approved the proposal of Increase in Authorized Share Capital, which is subject to shareholders' approval, approved the proposal of making Preferential issue of upto 45,000,000 Fully Convertible Warrants and 15,000,000 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, at an Issue Price of Rs. 14.52/-, to the persons belonging to Promoter and Non- Promoter category, subject to shareholders' approval, and approved the Draft Notice of Extra- Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, 19 February 2018.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
