Net loss of Chennai Petroleum Corporation reported to Rs 392.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 107.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 20.58% to Rs 12452.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 10327.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 1766.84 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 61.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 5.07% to Rs 42866.51 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 40796.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
