CHL announces hike in stake by a Promoter

CHL announced that Luv Malhotra, one of the promoters of CHL has acquired 31,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a consideration of Rs. 6,55,000 as on 06 February 2015.

By acquiring the same the total stake of Promoters (including persons acting in concert) has increased from 39,210,770 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each (71.53%) to 39,241,770 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each (71.58%).
