Cholamandalam Financial Holdings announced that the company has been registered as a Core Investment Company and issued certificate of registration (COR) dated 06 January 2020 by the Reserve Bank of India under section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The COR has been received by the Company today.
