Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved an allotment of 4,421 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.

The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.
