CSS Technergy announces appointment of director

With effect from 01 April 2015

CSS Technergy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, through a Circular Resolution has appointed Kasturi Ravi as an additional non executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 April 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company.
