Jaiprakash Associates announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 April 2015

Jaiprakash Associates announced that Mohinder Paul Kharbhanda, Sr. General Manager (Sectl.) has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2015 vice Harish K. Vaid, who had been the Company Secretary until the close of 31 March 2015. Kharbhanda has also been appointed, as Compliance officer under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement for all SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Registrar of Companies, Investors, Regulatory and other related matters.
