Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries standalone net profit rises 94.67% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 4.02% to Rs 326.94 crore

Net profit of Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries rose 94.67% to Rs 56.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 28.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 4.02% to Rs 326.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 314.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 3849.32% to Rs 58.45 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 0.49% to Rs 1129.34 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1123.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
