DCB Bank allots 5000 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 5,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 07 September 2020 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 31,04,65,613 equity shares of Rs.10/- each
