DCB Bank allots 8,200 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 8,200 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on August 07, 2020 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 31,04,60,613 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
