To complete process of proposed rights issue

Deccan Gold Mines announced that the Company had applied to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (MCA) seeking extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting for the year 2015 till 31 December 2015 to enable the Company to complete the process of the proposed Rights Issue.

The MCA vide its letter dated 14 August 2015 has granted extension of time to the Company for holding its AGM for the year till 31 December 2015.
