Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Company has on 11 August 2015, acquired 50% (Fifty Percent) equity stake in Pramerica Asset Managers (PAMC), the asset management company of Pramerica Mutual Fund; and (ii) Pramerica Trustees (PTC), the trustee for the Pramerica Mutual Fund, from PGLH of Delaware Inc.
